This beautiful craftsman home plan was purchased by our customer years before we started the construction process. It sits on a large wooded lot in Valparaiso complete with a private lake.
Michigan City
This home was a very unique custom design. The customer wanted a vacation home in Michigan City however the building envelope allowed only a 20 ft. by 30 ft. footprint. We needed to design the home to fit within those requirements.
