My wife and I had looked at builders for several years before seeing an ad about a year ago for Steiner Homes and decided we would give it one more shot so we contacted Dave Gring. Right away we could tell we were working with great individuals who deeply cared about the building process, client cost and understood the value of relationships. We started with one of Steiner Homes ''canned'' plans but made many changes with the help of Adam and picking out product with Jessica was great. Our house turned out terrific and we wouldn’t change a thing!! Every step of the way was fun and exciting thanks to Ryan and his crew. We made adjustments along the way and never heard a complaint. We didn’t feel any stress during this process thanks to the ''Steiner Team'' and I would never consider building with anyone else!!

My wife and I looked for houses for several years. We could never quite find the builder that offered the value we were expecting. Everyone had cheap trim packages, gouged for upgrades, or were not willing to customize their models. In fact, several builders did not even have models of the houses that we were looking for. Needless to say, this process left us frustrated. We were at the point where general contracting our own home was the only solution where we could find the value we were looking for. By chance I happened across Steiner Home’s web site. Steiner Home’s had several floor plan’s with beautiful trim standard. Hmmm. We decide to take a look. First I just went to see one of their models. After seeing it, I went online and looked through their floor plans again. I found one that I really liked. It had all the attributes that my wife and I were looking for in a house. A quick call and my wife and I were meeting with the owner, Dan Steiner at the model of the actual house we wanted to see. My wife and I were very particular and had seen a lot of houses. We knew exactly what we wanted. Steiner homes customized that model to meet exactly what we wanted. The part that was hard to believe is that they only charged for actual upgrades and didn’t gouge us at all. We were sold. We moved in November 2007 and Steiner did not quit at that point. They still take care of anything that comes up and have been a great builder to work with. I would highly recommend Steiner homes to any of my friends or family. I have to tell you how excited I am that we are closing on our new house today!!! But I could not be this happy if it were not for your WONDERFUL crew whom took on this project. I must personally point out that Joe, our crew leader and new friend, was absolutely the BEST!! He put up with my husband's constant questions and my niavity in the whole process!
